Why can't I access the databases?

Try these steps below in order to gain access to the library resources/databases.

STEP 1. Clear your cache/cookies.  Before you do anything, clear your cache/cookies from your browser.  

STEP 2. Reset your Quincy Connect password.  Instructions for the process are included as an attached file to this response BELOW.

STEP 3. If the above doesn't work, contact IT by visiting them in Room 402 of the Quincy Campus or submitting a ticket. 

STEP 4.  If all else fails... Highlight the text area below to find a workable username and password for access:
